Windows expand patition

If you have ordered a root drive larger than 60GB, you will need to create a new partition or expand the current one (resulting in a larger C drive).

Step 1: Right-click on the Windows Icon and select "Disk Management"

Step 2: Here, you will see Disk 0 with spare space. If you wish to expand C drive, you will see a recovery partition in the way. This will stop you from expanding. If you want to extend C, this will need to be removed; however, it will prevent the OS recovery options (hence our decision to leave it in).

To delete the recovery partition:

reagentc /disable
diskpart
select disk 0
select partition 3
delete partition override

Step 3: Right-click on C: and select Expand
